Refund Policy
At Emoha Elder Care, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, if you wish to cancel your Membership Plan, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly refund process as outlined below.
Membership Termination & Refund Eligibility
- A Member may choose to terminate the Membership Plan at any time.
- In case of termination of a prepaid annual Membership Plan, Emoha shall retain the Membership Fee amount for that particular quarter of the year, and the Member shall be issued a refund of the balance payment, subject to deductions (if any).
- In case of termination of a Membership Plan wherein the Member has opted to make prepaid quarterly payments, no refunds shall be issued.
Refund Process & Timeline
- To request a refund, please write to us at feedback@emoha.com with your registered contact details and payment reference.
- Once a valid refund request is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) used during the transaction.
Additional Notes
- Emoha reserves the right to review and update the refund policy periodically.
- For Membership Plans purchased through EMI, refunds (where applicable) will be processed after adjusting the applicable quarterly Membership Fee as a deduction as stated above.
