Refund Policy
At Emoha Elder Care, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, if you wish to cancel your Care Plan, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly refund process as outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
- A No Questions Asked Refund can be requested within 30 days from the date of Care Plan initiation (typically initiation happens within 24–48 hours post payment).
- In such cases, a pro-rata charge equivalent to the first month of service cost will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of Care Plan initiation will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process & Timeline
- To request a refund, please write to us at feedback@emoha.com with your registered contact details and payment reference.
- Once a valid refund request is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) used during the transaction.
Additional Notes
- Emoha reserves the right to review and update the refund policy periodically.
- For Care Plans purchased through EMI, refunds (where applicable) will be processed after adjusting the first month's service charge as a pro-rata deduction as stated above.
