vidhi sisodia is a skilled Musculoskeletal and Sports Therapist with over 3.5 years of experience in physiotherapy and fitness training. She has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist and Incharge at Paras Health Care in Udaipur, Rajasthan, where she specialized in post knee and hip replacement rehabilitation. Additionally, she has served as a fitness trainer in a medical gym, creating tailored fitness programs for elderly clients based on their individual health conditions. Her expertise lies in combining clinical care with functional fitness to promote recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

Mr. Yog Raj Sharma, based in Delhi, is a seasoned Advocate at the Delhi High Court, where he has been practicing since 1973 after completing his B.Com (Hons.) from Hans Raj College and LL.B. His distinguished legal career is complemented by his deep passion for wellness and mindful living.

At 79, Mr. Sharma continues to embody discipline, positivity, and balance — embracing new pursuits such as driving and singing, which he began in 2024. A true wellness enthusiast, he promotes harmony between body, mind, and spirit through fitness, meditation, and positive thinking.

Known for his calm presence, compassionate nature, and unwavering commitment to self-care, Mr. Sharma continues to inspire others to live with purpose, balance, and joy. 🌿✨

Shifali Nehria is a compassionate and highly skilled School Counselor with over five years of dedicated experience in nurturing emotional well-being, communication skills, and mental health among students and young adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Child Guidance and Family Counselling, giving her a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, emotional development, and effective coping strategies.

As a Certified CBT Practitioner, Certified Grief and Bereavement Counselor, and Certified Career Coach, Shifali brings a holistic and empathetic approach to guidance and healing. Her work at Army Public School Panagarh and various educational institutions highlights her commitment to empowering young minds. She has led impactful workshops on emotional health, personal boundaries, safety awareness, and stress management—always creating safe, warm, and trusting spaces where individuals feel heard, supported, and understood.

Join us for a calm, guided wellness session focusing on Prone & Supine Yoga Postures—simple yet powerful asanas performed while lying on the stomach (prone) and on the back (supine).  These postures are especially beneficial for improving flexibility, strengthening muscles, supporting the spine, and deeply relaxing the body.  This session is suitable for beginners and elders, with gentle guidance and safety-first movements.

BK Yeshu has come in contact with the Brahma Kumaris organization at an early age. She had worked in the corporate sector, for Aggarwal Movers and Packers, and in the education sector for RPS International School. She actively strives for creativity and is keen to learn new things in life. She regularly conducts corporate training on various topics. She has been involved in various events serving different wings of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation. She is working as Internal Auditor in the Brahma Kumaris headquarters, Mt. Abu, Rajasthan.
