vidhi sisodia is a skilled Musculoskeletal and Sports Therapist with over 3.5 years of experience in physiotherapy and fitness training. She has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist and Incharge at Paras Health Care in Udaipur, Rajasthan, where she specialized in post knee and hip replacement rehabilitation. Additionally, she has served as a fitness trainer in a medical gym, creating tailored fitness programs for elderly clients based on their individual health conditions. Her expertise lies in combining clinical care with functional fitness to promote recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

Keep your hands strong, flexible, and active with easy-to-do exercises designed especially for elders. These movements help improve blood circulation, reduce stiffness, and maintain daily independence. 🌸

Mr. Yog Raj Sharma, based in Delhi, is a seasoned Advocate at the Delhi High Court, where he has been practicing since 1973 after completing his B.Com (Hons.) from Hans Raj College and LL.B. His distinguished legal career is complemented by his deep passion for wellness and mindful living.

At 79, Mr. Sharma continues to embody discipline, positivity, and balance — embracing new pursuits such as driving and singing, which he began in 2024. A true wellness enthusiast, he promotes harmony between body, mind, and spirit through fitness, meditation, and positive thinking.

Known for his calm presence, compassionate nature, and unwavering commitment to self-care, Mr. Sharma continues to inspire others to live with purpose, balance, and joy. 🌿✨

Ranjana Banerjee, a Literature graduate from Delhi University, is a passionate educator with over 30 years of teaching experience. Former General Secretary of Indraprastha College, she actively participated in debates, recitations, and drama, and later served as Cultural Secretary for the DU Arts Faculty and Mahila Samiti. An avid reader, gardener, and traveler, she also dedicates time to charitable work. Deeply cherished by the Emoha community, Ranjana continues to inspire with her warmth, grace, and cultural spirit.

After weeks of imagination, discussion, poetry, and storytelling, we come together for a magical conclusion of our Literature Club— an evening dedicated to words that inspired us, stories that moved us, and voices that made this journey truly unforgettable.  The finale is not just an ending— it is a celebration of every thought shared, every emotion expressed, and every page we turned together. ✨

Dr. Bawa has 11+ years of cumulative experience as a General Physician and Diabetes specialist. He is a life-long member of Indian society of Critical Care Medicine He has previously worked with Fortis Healthcare, AIIMS, Paras healthcare and Healthcare at home. Besides, he was a team doctor at IPL Franchise (Delhi Capitals), Pro-Kabaddi, Pro-Wrestling.

She has trained over 5000 people so far. She is also Miss Karnataka 2022 as a Fashion Model.

Dharmraj Das is Chief Manager (Marketing) at PEC Limited (A. Govt. of India Enterprise) is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee.He is the Co-Founder of The ManasMitra an initiative to help caregivers to the mentally distressed.  

He is a frequent speaker at various Chambers of Commerce and Management Institutes on the subject of Foreign Trade. As a Facilitator, he conducts workshops on soft skills such as Time management,  Stress Management & Communication Skills where he uses the wisdom from Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam and other vedic literature.

A graduate from Kailash Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences (2019–2023), she has honed her clinical skills through her internship at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Noida, working extensively in outpatient physiotherapy and orthopaedic joint replacement departments. With hands-on experience at R.S. Physiocare Clinic under Dr. Ruchika Raj Shrivastav, Nisha brings valuable practical knowledge in pain management, rehabilitation, and post-surgical care. Skilled in needling, cupping, and IASTM techniques, she is also proficient in assessment and mobility restoration. Known for her empathetic communication and dedication to improving quality of life, Nisha aspires to empower patients through holistic, evidence-based physiotherapy.

Meet Prem Pahuja, an accomplished Civil Engineer hailing from BITS PILANI, who dedicated six enriching years in Delhi, refining his skills before embarking on an extraordinary 40-year professional journey in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In 2018, he decided to return to his homeland, India, and eventually discovered his haven in the vibrant city of Gurgaon in 2019. Alongside his engineering prowess, he finds joy in playing Bridge and Poker online, adding excitement to his leisure hours. With a treasure trove of experiences, he looks forward to embracing new horizons and making each moment count.
