vidhi sisodia is a skilled Musculoskeletal and Sports Therapist with over 3.5 years of experience in physiotherapy and fitness training. She has extensive expertise in yoga asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, and therapeutic yoga, along with a strong understanding of human anatomy. Anjali has successfully trained individuals of all age groups, designing customized programs to improve fitness, posture, and overall well-being.
