•    It is also reported that because loneliness increases the risk of heart diseases, it also increases the risk of death by nearly 4 times. •    Reach Out to the Elderly

However, reaching out to older adults is extremely necessary. Even if it is through video calls and phone calls, keep a check on them and their health. Ask them how was their day, what they ate, whether they took their medicines, and so on.
