  •  7-8 saffron strands
  •  8-10 small cardamoms
  •  a large piece of cinnamon
  •  7-8 black peppercorns
  •  20 dry rose petals

 How To Make Thandai

  • Put the milk in a pan on medium heat to boil.
  •  Grind almonds, cashews, pistachios, magaz and poppy seeds together.
  •  You can also add some milk according to the need to make a good paste.
  •  On the other hand, when the milk starts boiling, add saffron and sugar to it.
  •  Boil the milk while stirring the spoon for 4-5 minutes.
  •  Now grind cardamom, rose petals, cinnamon and black pepper.  Make a fine powder out of it.
  •  Now mix the prepared paste in milk and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  •  Keep stirring occasionally so that the milk does not stick to the pan.
