- Maintain good relationships with elders so that the Emoha can maximize the value of those relationships
- Identify key contacts at potential elders to establish and foster relationships
- Act as a point of contact for complaints resolution and handle the escalations
- Study competition to find new ways to retain the elders
- Collaborate with internal teams (Eg: Sales, Tech, etc.) to address elder needs
- Understand the problems and challenges of elders and identify ways the service could better address those needs
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing elders
- Monitor and be accountable for entire MIS and updates of elders
- Help in the growth of the organization in the specific practice field.
